Carving deep blue ripples in the tissues of your mind.
Today ruled. I woke up a little late but not too bad because I knew I had a ton of adult poo to do. I was in a great mood from beginning to end.
First things first I got my laundry done and called All Seasons. They put me in for a receptionist job and for Liberty electronics so my fingers are crossed to start working soon. Cash money.
Question: Is it rude to take someones laundry out of the washer if there are only two washers and no one is around?! cause I did it.
Then I decided to sit and watch the thunderstorms through the screen door, man, one of my most favorite things to do. Storms are so powerful and they give off that staticy feeling. It puts me in my place.
Then I got ready to do yoga and walked over in the rain. The class went so freaking well. I love it when Connie and her husband David are there, I wish Sue was there too though. We finished early but everyone said the class was so good and that I've gotten so comfortable teaching. That was good to hear because I have been discouraged and frustrated teaching lately because I never know what the students are thinking. It was relatively quiet too.
After yoga I headed home and to my pleasant surprise my little bro was on the phone from Ft. Benning with my dad and wanted to talk to me. So I talked to him for a really long time. I was so thankful for that, it's been three months at least since we spoke on the phone and I miss him so much. He sounded really really good and I got to ask him some questions about the situation, I'm so proud of him because his spirits are up and he's making the most of it. I love Jimmy cocopuff..
Then I had a long talk with a friend that was long overdue and hopefully settled a lot of tension that has risen lately. He seemed to be in great spirits when he left so I think it was all good.
Today just ruled...through and through....
New thing of the day: talking to James on the phone from bootcamp. Everyone else had but me. I finally got my shot and he even said "I love you" first at the end...yay!
